I have came across various formulas for Operating Leverage, viz. Change in EBIT/Change in Sales, Contribution/EBIT, EBIT/Gross Profit, Fixed Cost/ Total Cost, to name a few. Kindly clarify whether they are all correct and if so, under what condition each of them become applicable?
