Yet another post comparing two relatively weak MBA programs. Both of these are fine if you are a working professional looking to advance your current position, but they aren't going to help you break into finance.

 

I would definitely say that it depends where you would like to do work geographically!

( Assuming you are going just for the fact of having an MBA, bump to management faster, or maybe jump ship to a smaller company or larger etc.)

Tulane would be good for the Southern states, Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, etc. Rutgers is obviously up north.

Cost comes to mind as well!
