Hey guys, figured I'd start this thread for those of us that have applied for the Microsoft FRP 2022 full-time role. Let's post updates here as we received them.
Btw does anyone know the sort of technical questions they ask for this position during interviews.
Just got my offer yesterday. Start date September 2022
What was your junior internship?
Did they ask you any technical questions?
I didn't get any finance specific question although I talked about some of the broad concepts through my past experiences.
Mainly behavioral based with some thought provoking questions. They really just wanted to get to know me and see how I thought.
An interviewer did ask, "How would you explain excel to a 5 year old, a college student, and an experienced professional?”
May I ask about the compensation for first year?
Has anyone who applied in early-to-mid August heard back yet?

I have a first round coming up in a few weeks. I hope they haven’t filled out all the seats by then lol…

Applied beginning of Aug, so far no response yet. Safe to say I struck out?
I’m in the same boat as you but am holding out hope (not too optimistic at this point)
I applied 2-3 days after the application opened in July with no response still. I'm thinking chances are pretty slim at this point lol
Applied beginning of august , had first round end of august and final round last week. Waiting now for offer , fingers crossed

How long did it take for them to get back to you after the final interview?
