Navigating My Career Path: JPM Non-NYC MMBSI/C&SI Insights

Hi, I’m currently a rising junior and have accepted a summer 2026 SA offer at JPM Non-NYC MMBSI/C&SI. Coming from a non-target school, I don’t personally know anyone who has taken this path before, so I’m trying to understand the career progression and whether it’s the right choice to stay through all my analyst years and beyond.

I’m open to staying if the long-term career trajectory is strong, but given my background, I’ve developed solid networking skills and could potentially pivot to another opportunity if I put in the effort. I’ve seen a wide range of compensation figures, from $55K + bonus to $85K + bonus, so I’m not entirely sure what to expect. Since I don’t have many people to turn to for guidance, any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated.
