Tough to say, but here's a few things to think about:
(1) If you want to work in NY post-grad, go to city. If you want the west coast, go to Prudential. Not just based off of your own preferences, but also because you can network while you are there. (2) Citi may have a slightly better branding for IB if that is what you are recruiting for.
Really not sure though, tough call -- very varied list of opportunities.
If it was me, I would probably choose Citi structured products. Don't ask why.
PREI is a great position if you're looking to enter RE. Hours wouldn't be nearly as bad as IBD (I'm working like 50-60/week at my current fund, PREI is probably similar). Don't pick it if you're not interested in RE though. No comment on the other two offers
Prudential RE. Would be helpful with more detailed descriptions and your interests, going forward.
