I think it is absolutely possible. I'd imagine almost all F500's all hire CF analysts right out of undergrad. A progression I've seen former classmates (state school) that had a good career progression was F500 CF analyst > Finance leadership/rotational program (CF, treasury, planning, FP&A, commercial, etc.) > CF senior analyst > then jumping somewhere else for an early promo to manager. Depending on what you want to do, I'd look for companies where the CF group has managers/directors that have been internally promoted up from analyst or that have rotational/leadership programs that you can leverage for a promotion.
