I’m a 1st year CF analyst at KPMG India, 3 months into my job and I haven’t been staffed on any project yet. Haven’t had any of the “long nights” or whatever. Simultaneously there is one other new joiner, who joined a month later but is already getting a ton of work to do. Should I be worried or should I just enjoy this phase?
