PNC C&IB: Capital Markets Development Program

Hey monkeys,

does anyone have insight into PNC's Capital Markets Development Program? It's a 3 year program which rotates through Asset & Liability Management, Capital Markets Group, and Investment Banking.

I have a Hireview first round with them and want to gather some more info on the program.

Anyone have experience going through recruitment for this? What should I expect in the interviews? What's the pay like? Is this a respected program?

Thanks
