The PMO roles at BoA are generally for people with at least 2-3+ years experience... generally within that specific line of business (CRE).

The PMO role is more credit oriented, the FAP program at wells will have more opportunities if you want to go to stay on the front line. So you may want to judge based off where you want to go in your career.
