The PMO roles at BoA are generally for people with at least 2-3+ years experience... generally within that specific line of business (CRE).
The PMO role is more credit oriented, the FAP program at wells will have more opportunities if you want to go to stay on the front line. So you may want to judge based off where you want to go in your career.
Do you have an interview with both of these positions, or are you just asking out of curiosity?

PMO roles at BAML deal with the credit/underwriting process. If that is what you are looking for, then you are golden. At this point, since you don't have both offers you should just focus on getting them! Not which looks better.
