Renewable Energy Corporate Development Interview

Hey guys,

I got an interview with the corporate development team of a publicly traded renewable energy company (wind and solar). The role will help develop models for potential transactions, participate in diligence, create presentations, etc.

My background is in business valuation with some experience in lower middle market sell-side M&A. I am also on the team that helps create financial models to be used by our clients (usually corp. dev. teams). With that being said, I think I have a hand on the general valuation related questions. But, since this is energy related I was wondering if anyone had any input/advice on some specific questions/topics to prepare for.
