Salaries for corporate development / strategy after IB exit?

I’m just interested in looking at potential exit ops of an IB career. If I spend 2 years in IB, 2-3 years in private equity, then get a top 3 MBA and go into corporate development and strategy at a big tech company, what kind of salary/bonus would I be looking at?

Would it really be a good exit opportunity compared to PE salaries? And would that put you in a good position to rise to VP and up type roles within that company?

Bump. Just curious because I’ve heard corporate salaries can be fairly shitty. Would I be looking at like 200k all in comp? If that’s the case it seems like a waste to move there after being in PE. Only way I can see it being worth it is if it puts you in a good position to rise within the ranks at the company. Thoughts?
