Salary/title vs WLB

I currently work as a Director of Finance making $215k. Medium sized tech company, 10-20 hours a week, super chill. I can totally unplug on vacations and take weekends at a time without thinking about work. First time in years where I feel like myself again after tough stints in IB/PE.

I just received an offer for a VP of Finance role at a small company. $300k salary, decent equity. I would expect 60-70 hours a week.

This feels like potentially diving back into the depths of despair. But this is a great offer by any measure and could exponentially set me up for a lifetime of wealth and opportunity. I’m just not sure I can carry the weight with everything in my personal life that I want to be present for again.
