Seeking a CPA for US tax & accounting support – Delaware C-Corp
Thank you for taking the time to read this. We’re looking for a US CPA to support on an ongoing basis, and below is a short overview of where we stand and what we need.
About Simbase Inc.
- Delaware C-Corporation incorporated in 2025, 100% owned by our Dutch parent.
- Sales tax is calculated through Avalara, which also files it.
- Payroll runs through Gusto, which also handles payroll filings.
- We do the bookkeeping in-house and most of it is automated. We still want periodic reviews to confirm everything is recorded correctly.
What we’re looking for
- A CPA who can prepare and sign our federal and state returns.
- A review of our 2025 return, which another US accounting firm prepared and filed.
- Quarterly or semi-annual reviews of our books.
- Help identifying and claiming any federal or state tax credits or incentives we may qualify for.
- Guidance on the US accounting and tax system in general. We’re new to it and want to make sure we’re fully compliant and haven’t missed anything, including any obligations that come from our current setup.
