Skipping the Analyst Role Straight to Associate at a Global Financial Services Firm

What's good everyone,
I am writing to share my recent job offer as a Financial Analysis Associate at a Fortune 500 global financial services firm as a recent graduate with barely any experience...
However, I am concerned that skipping the 2-3 years of experience as an analyst might make it difficult for me to perform at the recommended level. I'm a great talker and probably that is why I got through all the interviews but that can only take me so far. I don't want to be let go by a big firm just because I couldn't perform simple tasks.

I would like to ask those who have been promoted from analyst to associate, was it worth the experience before getting the promotion? Did it help you perform better in your current role? I would greatly appreciate any insights and advice.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
