Small market cap premium (size premium) for cost of capital estimation

Good day, everyone!

I have a practical question. For my current task, I need a market size premiums that are valid for year 2015. Before, that information was published in Ibbotson SBBI Valuation Yearbook issue, but according to my sources, there will be no info on size premiums in their 2016 issue.

Does anyone knows by any chance where can I get these premiums? It would be very helpful.
