Sr. Accountant to Finance Analyst
Hi guys,
I'm about to wrap up the CPA (one test left) and I've been thinking a lot about my career. My plan for the last year was to go law school and get into corporate law. I'm really starting to doubt whether this is a good idea anymore. The classes sound interesting, I thought the CPA would make me stand out, but I think it's lost it's excitement. The only thing that's really ever interested me was finance. I love investing my own money, I love dealing with financials, and I'm really starting to rethink what I want to do. I just wanted to get a feel on how difficult it is to switch into corporate finance from accounting? Any prior experience?
