Strategic Finance Manager at Startup Equity Question
I'm in the late stages with a startup (Series C) in the defense/software industry and am trying to figure out what a good equity offer would look like. The base is around $170,000 in a HCOL area with a neglible bonus.
The role carries a lot of responsibility and is essentially a mix of corporate development, investor relations and corporate strategy.
Does anyone have any insight on what I should be asking for?
