Strategic Planning Interviews?
I understand that strategic planning is not a well defined phrase as it can encompass different roles and responsibilities depending on the company. That said, I am hoping to get insight into the late-stage interview process for a senior analyst / junior manager position for said "strategic planning" role.
If anyone has direct experience, could you 1) identify general industry and 2) interview process details.
Apparently there are case studies in these types of interviews but am a bit confused as to whether this implied a typical M&A case study that you'd expect from a PE interview or corporate M&A group or a MBB type case study... The group I am interviewing with apparently covered both M&A and strategy so my guess is as good as everyone elses'...
Anyone?
