Recently landed a job in TAS at a microMM shop with a few close PE client relationships. The firm is looking to grow into management consulting and IB and I am employee 5. Would welcome any thoughts on long term skill building / earning potential in TAS in general and then maybe coupled with the ability to lateral within the firm to one of these groups.
