Thoughts on the following role at entertainment company?

Hi guys,

What are your thoughts on the following finance planning role at acquisitive entertainment / media company?

Reporting to the VP Finance duties include;

1. Analysis with the analysis of strategic investment opportunities. Determine valuations of acquisition targets and financial benefits of deals
2. Manage the monthly actual and forecast reporting

From discussions with the VP Finance the role would be heavy weighted towards working on M&A deals / analysis of acquisition targets since the company is super acquisitive. So it essentially seems like a corporate development role with a bit of accounting / financial planning thrown in as well. Also a lot of exposure to senior stakeholders / CFO / COO etc.
