Trying to Partner With Banks for a Real-Time Anti-Credit-Stacking Network – Need Advice

Hey everyone, Developing a real-time credit decision network to prevent credit stacking network at Primeak com and we’re working on a real-time credit-decision network to help lenders prevent credit stacking — when borrowers take out multiple loans or credit cards via API — so decisions are visible immediately (not after 30–60 day bureau delays). we’re trying to bring in major issuers like Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi, and Bank of America to make the network truly useful.

Here’s the problem — we can’t seem to reach the right people. Cold emails go nowhere.
So I’m hoping someone here might have insight: Who’s actually the right contact at big banks for something like this — risk management, fraud prevention, or partnership/BD teams? Do you usually go direct, or through an aggregator like Even Financial or Engine? Any tips or intros on how to get through to decision-makers would help a ton.

Appreciate any advice from folks who’ve worked on data-sharing, fraud-prevention, or card-issuer partnerships.

Thanks in advance 🙏
