UK FDD vs boutique debt advisory

Background is that I have worked in audit moving to MM FDD following ACA, and getting lots of interesting opportunities, one of which is with a 7/8 person boutique debt advisory shop in London.

I'm not set on a specific career path and keen to keep options open - I fear that a shop this small could limit exit opps., especially having never worked in debt advisory.

Can get all of the typical role background from other sources but wanted some advice on what to expect with this type of shop, potential exit opportunities, progression, etc.

Base would be comparable to my current but advised last years bonuses ranged between 45-95% versus my current nil.
