Know your rates inside and out. Federal funds, overnight, treasuries. These are the bread and butter of treasury.

In addition, master the three statement relationship. But you probably already have this down.

If you have a commercial banking textbook handy, know the Liquidity Management chapter inside and out. It is common for an interviewer to ask you to explain a transaction's movement throughout the three statements.

Most of the questions should be fit, and the technical questions you do get will come from the rate/statement stuff.
