Waiting for Offer - Seeking Advice
Had a interview at a solid regional bank a couple weeks ago. They originally said we’d hear back the following week, but now it’s been a bit longer and HR emailed me saying they’re still figuring things out and doing interviews. Does this usually mean I’m on hold or waiting for spots to open up? Trying to get a sense of what this stage usually means. Kids have posted on Linkedln accepting offers for their program.
