Wells Fargo Strategy vs BCG Digital Ventures exit opportunities

Hello - I have two offers.  One with BCGDV as a Director Venture Architect and the other with WF in Wealth Strategy Group, similar level. Hoping to get some insight into both current culture and exit opportunities at both places?  I'd prefer the work at BCGDV but Wells is paying almost 30% more and likely more WLB too.  I'm motivated by learning, problem solving and innovating.  I've heard/ read that both places are struggling with retention.

Hi MissStrategy, no, I never sleep and so I can respond to any lonely threads (like this one) at all hours of the night. Impressive, I know ;-)

More suggestions...

Hope that helps.

Just had my trade dispute rejected by Schwab for a loss of 35k. This single issue alone should be a gigantic red flag to anyone who trades on their platform. If they have a system error, and you do not video record your trading (they actually said this), they will not honour their fuck up. Switching everything away from them. Fuck this company.
