What companies gives RSU for below Director position?

Which companies especially in Bay area give RSU to fresh MBA to manager level? I am from top 10~15 MBA went into corporate finance. getting okay salary, but realized many MBAs are receiving fat RSU and reaching 200K total compensation easily. Google, Apple and Amazon, they are well known. What others are giving RSU, and easily beat nice 120~150K paying companies?

Thanks for the info. It seems that many companies in bay area pay out RSU, but a lot of those companies just match living expense for ~15~20%. that doesn't worth moving.

could you give out names that you know? I know FAANG and Uber and Lyft does a lot. what else?

 

About Living expenses. My company has jobs in bay area too, but when we send employee to bay ares we just get 15%~20% base increase which is not bad but not worth make the move. I assume if companies are not giving out fat RSUs, moving internally is easier than getting new job. I do not want to move internally as I get 2 years bounding if I receive moving package.
