What does it take to break into FAANG finance role?

I am currently a 23M who is a Financial Analyst 2 at a Fortune 30 company with 1 YOE. I want to break into FAANG as a financial analyst or in corporate development. I am curious what it might take to do that. I currently have my bachelors from a non target state school so I am thinking of possibly pursuing an MBA from University of Michigan, NYU, or USC (preferably online so I don't have to take two years off and my company will pay for it). Also considering getting my FPAC and CMA credentials (I have my SIE but that doesn't mean much in CF). Please let me know what my next steps should be!
