Which F500 is Top Tier?
We all hear about the breakdown in BB firms with regard to notoriety. What about Corp Fin? What sectors/ companies are preferred? Comp/hours any better with certain tracks than others?
It varies pretty significantly between them and even within company. For the F500 I used to work for I worked 40 hours a week in Finance, and a separate Finance team in a different business unit worked 60-80 hours.
As for what is sought after, obviously the name brand companies like Apple, GE, and Microsoft. Ranking doesn't matter as much as im sure most people (and recruiters) would take a company like Starbucks @ #187 than AmerisourceBergen @ #16
