Will an investment firm rescind my offer because of a GPA lower than a 3.0?

I had a couple of rough years in college when I was dealing with personal family issues and school. I transferred to a community college for one semester to be closer to home and then once that semester was completed, finished the rest of my University courses online. My last four semesters I made the president's list receiving 3.5's and up in all of upper level courses, but my overall cumulative gpa was lower than a 3.0 when I graduated. I received my offer from an investment firm and am currently undergoing a background check. I had disclosed that I had a few bad years during college to my recruiter but they didn't ask many questions about it. I was also completely honest on my background check and it's been 2 and a half weeks since it started. Would they rescind my offer for my position because of this?
