Antares Updated Views

Does anyone have an updated view on the Antares private credit team? Reading prior posts, which are all quite dated, the general consensus has been that they underpay but offer a better WLB in return. I've heard that they moved their pay to match the street, and wonder if as a result WLB has been affected? The team is still primarily composed of ex-accountants / -consultants (non-IB backgrounds in general), so I assume that reflects the culture.

TLDR; what is WLB like (rough hours per week?) and where is pay compared to the market?

Confirmed culture is not bad and pay is now market. They are growing very quick and having trouble building out the infrastructure to support that. Deal flow is very strong. Rough hours per week is a wide range of 45-65 (note i am not embellishing as others often do on this website) with limited weekend work (once or two per quarter)
