Ares Comp - Private Credit (LDN or EU)
Wondering if anyone could give some color on pay/culture/WLB for AN/AC roles in Credit in London or EU offices (direct lending, but other groups also welcome), and how it compares to other shops (Blackstone, HPS, Apollo, GS, CVC, Barings...)
Base for Apollo is £145k and Carlyle £120-125k (both ASO1)
Curious to hear recent figures for HPS DL / SS
Carlyle is at £110k for ASO 1 and GS in the 90s
My bad - HH told me around £250k all-in for Carlyle so was assuming half of it comes from base
90k for GS Associate? No way?
Well in line with IBD which is at 96k if I am not mistaken
