Blue Owl recruiting

Current AN1 at a MM. For context I'm completely on coast mode and think I've mastered the art of making it look like I'm busy, and ideally I'd plan to live that out into the future while also making money. So I'm wondering if anyone can share anything about how blue owl recruits? Asking because I know they've had some headlines lately and I'm wondering if that's changed their approach. Genuinely not trying to be a dick but everyone I've ever talked to from there is pretty dumb in a unique way that I've only seen there and based on LinkedIn profiles seems like a bunch of misfits from big4 / other non-traditional paths, so I feel like I could do really well there. I also heard pay used to be street (hopefully not via stock?) but not sure if the pressure is changing that?

Grateful for any information anyone can share.
