Apologies is this is not the right location to post this, but we are interested in purchasing a non-performing loan in Mecklenburg county and we are looking to hire counsel to understand the process and procedures in NC compared to where we currently operate (GA / ATL). There are probably 200+ creditor's rights lawyers in Charlotte, curious if anyone has a solid recommendation? Target loan sizes are sub $5m.
