Career move dilemma

Hi! I ve been working for 2+ years in credit risk for a tier 1 bank. However, now I feel like it’s the time to either move or I will be stuck here for a while. I don’t come from a strong financial background, so I don’t enjoy modeling so much. I was thinking to go either to DCM or IR. But I know both moves are quite hard to say the least. Any tips or suggestions?
