Any updated views on the culture of Carlyle Credit team in London (specifically the Opportunistic Credit / Special Sits)?
I see a bunch of posts from ~2023 saying it's a sweatshop/horrible culture.

FYI its like 70% 'special sits' (mostly in form of stretched unis or 2L etc.) / 30% direct lending

By all accounts its a top decile sweatshop. Decent experience but go in eyes wide open.
