Comp / Title Check

Looking for a quick take on current comp / title. I’m 30 and have worked in finance my whole career, though in a couple different but related roles. I went to a top school (H/S/W) and believe performance is good. Currently I’m a private credit senior associate for the past 1.5 years and at at $180k base with 80-90% target bonus. A lot of peers from analyst class are VP3 / D1 so I feel a bit behind. WLB is decent so would anticipate some amount of comp haircut but not so much on title

Thoughts on title and comp? If behind on either, would you wait till next performance cycle (I’m on a mid year one) or bring it up now?
