Anyone have general insight on overall reputation, culture, comp etc for Cross Ocean Partners (special sits credit hedge fund)?

So I had the chance to meet Cross Ocean as part of a previous internship I did.
Their special sits strategy is that they are doing secondary transactions of single loans with short maturities and at steep discounts from bank and direct lending shops.
It is a quite interesting strategy but in my opinion not very scalable, since the market size for such transactions is not that large.
I am not that familiar with other matters such as how the market perceives them or comp. Hope this helps.
