I have had conversations with current/previous employees. Exits to other investing roles are rare, typically employees move to operations/strategic roles in their portcos. However, exits in general are infrequent, and most IPs stay in their seat for a while. 

It's not a well-known name to the public, but respected on the street. 

Comp is fine, I believe first years are at $110k. More experienced people (2+ YOE) get ~100% bonus historically (not sure if it's lower at the beginning and ramps up or not). 

Hours are pretty standard for this type of role, probably looking at around 70-80 hr week on average, depending on dealflow.
