Anyone have insight into the PC team at GoldenTree? Looks like they closed their first fund well above their target and solid returns thus far. Looking for insight into culture, hours, comp, etc.
Also, where is the team primarily based? See two of the heads they hired are out of Charlotte, but some folks out of NYC.
Culture gets a bad rep, look through the threads here. Comp is great, hours standard.
The PC team definitely has better culture than others. They have access to an elite tech and resources that don’t get enough credit.
They have multiple offices. The PC team is split amongst the two mentioned. Expect to work hard and get paid well.
Do they have associates in all offices?
