What are everyone’s thoughts on LMM private credit. Is comp materially lower? Is it low but lifestyle better? What is typical comp structure?

Idk about comps or WLB but LMM due diligence and financial reporting are huge pain in the ass. Any kind of data you receive during underwrite is lackluster and company management needs a lot of handholding in ongoing reporting.
