Loan for a master's degree program

Hello, I am currently enrolled in the online Master’s program in Data Science at the University of Colorado Boulder. I live in Chemnitz, Germany, and have completed approximately one-third of the required modules. Previously, I was enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program from which I was subsequently deregistered. As a result, I am ineligible to begin a Master’s program at any German university.
To complete my studies and bridge the period until graduation, I am seeking a loan of $25,000. I currently have no regular income and cannot provide any collateral. Repayment would only be possible once I have secured an income following the completion of my studies.
