Need ideas for Private Credit/Direct Lending/Infra Debt Pitch

Hi, interviewing at a place which asked me to come up with a few pages of a pitch on either of the above.

While I know the general framework of a credit paper, I’m confused as to where I could find ideas on these? (As far as I’m aware most info is private and only shared with lenders)

Any help would be massively appreciated:)

Just an idea that I hope may help:

Maybe if you do some research on like a private company like Twitter and make some assumptions on what the financials could look like based on publicly available data points, then you could write out an investment idea and say it’s pending further diligence / access to a data room with actual financial information. Good luck either way.

That’s what I’m thinking of doing as a last resort, was wondering if monkeys here knew if there were alternative open sources to check for ideas.

Also wondering if you could suggest some ways of structuring private debt which could yield a ~7-8% IRR over a 10 year hold period? I was thinking unitranche for instance

Google, networking, internet, word of mouth, idk. Speaking to people or executives. Maybe having the debt pay 7-8% cash interest over the life of it and then pay you back at par after 10 years? Good luck?
