PC FT Recruiting From AM Investor Relations SA

Is this a possibility? I have seen that a few of the large funds recruit classes directly out of UG, although mainly made up of SA classes. If this is possible/heard of, what funds recruit for FT out of ug, and is the best way to go about networking via Linkedin/alum? I am interested in PC, and if it isn't doable out of undergrad given my current SA, what kind of positions should I be targeting FT that would be more realistic to make the jump eventually? I have seen a couple do it from current SA after a couple years on the desk (credit focused), but doesn't seem like a major exit op. In terms of interview prep, I have read that I should prepare similarly to IB/PE, any advice here? Thx
