i don’t have the report. idk if a recent public credit report exists. mostly only see private credit when i ask around (where junior pay is usually $25k+ higher based on what I’ve seen I assume as they don't need BBG terminals). to my personal knowledge firms pay far above and below market depending on a ton of individual/firm factors.
this is what i was sent:
2022 average base -> 2023 average base:
Associate 135->150
Sr Associate 150 -> 170
VP 200 -> 200
Director 225 -> 245
MD 250 -> 275
This survey doesn’t include 2023 bonuses, but average total comp by rank in 2022 is as follows:
