Private Credit advice

Currently starting first job as analyst for a fund finance team at a large bank. Reading on here that I could get pigeon holed into this if I stay too long so I wanted to start looking at my exit opps.

It seems like given the UW experience I’ll get in this role, PC might be a viable option to recruit for but I don’t know anything about the process.

Could anyone walk me through the timeline and what to study? Is it similar to PE where I should be talking to head hunters as I am just starting the role. Thanks.
