Private Credit funds information

Hi all, I've been looking to pivot into the world of private credit and am looking for some details.

- What are the deal sizes/volume you see per year?

- How are the loans structured (fixed/floating rate/convenants etc.)

- How do the funds actually source deals? Do companies come to you or do you have teams that source them? Or do you use CF advisory firms like IBs and Big 4 to get you them?

- What type of companies do you lend to? I know its middle market private co's but what type of industries/sectors are they generally in

- Whats involved in the due diligence process - i.e. how you evaluate the credit quality of a company,

- what financial modelling is involved to ensure they have capacity to pay back the loan (hard to get DCF equity valuation out of my head I'm wondering how it is model from a loan evaluation perspective)

When loans are issued, what is involved from an ongoing monitoring/perfoemance/risk management perspective

Any details on the above would be much appreciated, thanks
