Private Credit Modeling
Hi All,
With all of the financial models out there via this site and other resources, I’ve actually never came across a direct lending model (e.g. providing 1st lien debt to a company) that is fairly dynamic and includes OID and other assumptions. Does anyone have a model they can share / have put together?
It’s effectively just a simplified LBO model with a section for covenants: Leverage, FCCR, interest coverage, etc.
