Small ABF fund
Currently a VP in IB with an opportunity to join a new ABF fund as an early IP. Obviously cash comp is much lower initially but presumably upside if the fund performs and ca continue to raise new funds. Wanted to get people’s thoughts on whether this is a good opp / worth the risk? Team is assembled from some top shops.
