I've only come across project finance deals with senior secured debt as financing. Looking to get some knowledge on structures with sub debt as well i.e. how prevalent is sub debt in PF? How is debt sized? Are there residual collateral packages, PIK provisions? Would appreciate a link to primer if anyone has one. Thanks!
