Anyone see the 4-5 WSJ/Bloomberg articles on Traditional Finance building up Crypto roles?

Thoughts on the future of finance and what skills might be the most valuable in 3-4 years? Right now crypto derivatives sounds super interesting - not available to US clients typically but with FTX acquiring Ledger, Coinbase pursuing derivatives, as well as Gemini I'm foreseeing retail having access to crypto options in 3-4 years and banks but more specifically prop firms getting into crypto derivatives market making on exchanges. Right now I believe DRW, Akuna, Flow etc. are all mainly OTC market-makers (maybe someone at one of these firms has more insight as to if they make markets on deribit and off-shores exchanges or just act as a bilateral counterparty for US clients wanting access to overseas exchanges).

As a new graduate who is going into the crypto-space this is definitely something I'm interested in developing skills in since it's all about predicting skills which will be the most in demand before they're in demand and balancing that with getting in at the right time. Going into crypto derivs right now 2-4 years before adoption sounds nice, going into them 20 years as a theorist and dreamer doesn't. 

I know Crypto VC is having some massive capital raises, and Blockchain roles are commanding a 30% premium on the street for some of the crypto-specific desks.
